95 BIMB HOLDINGS BERHAD 199701008362 (423858-X) Shareholders’ Information Financial Statements Additional Information Disclosure Summary Strengthening Integrity ACT WITH INTEGRITY PROGRAMME Held from 9 to 12 December 2019, the programme was conducted in conjunction with National Integrity Month and International Anti-Corruption Day. Along with the introduction of the Bank’s TAAT-based culture, the programme was intended to further strengthen the uptake of one of TAAT’s key aspects - “Act with Integrity” - among the Bank’s workforce. Programme features included #ActwithIntegrity Kahoot! Contest and Hunt-for-Integrity activities for increasing awareness on acts of integrity and good conduct among the employees. Additionally, sharing sessions were conducted by prominent external figures who shared real-life consequences of corruption practices in delivering their anti-corruption messages. INTEGRITY AND FRAUD AWARENESS PROGRAMME Conducted for the benefit of the Bank’s employees nationwide, the programme’s main objective was to provide current issues related to ongoing fraud cases and, further promote acts of integrity and good conduct during the execution of any given task. Participants of this training programme included Personal Financing executives, Wealth executives and Banking Service Manager, as well as those involved in the Centralised Verification Unit and Central Financing Processing Centre. The Bank’s trainees and new hires participated in the programme as well. All in all, the programme involved 1,213 participants. INTEGRITY PROGRAMME FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT To further raise awareness and share knowledge on the importance of Corporate Liability, a talk on the subject matter was conducted specifically for the Board of Directors and senior management teams of BHB and Bank Islam. VENDORS’ INTEGRITY PROGRAMME A briefing session on the Vendor’s Code of Ethics guidelines was conducted for the Bank’s selected vendors. Its main objective was to provide guidance on the roles and responsibilities of the vendors, as well as raise awareness on the proper procedures required in supplying goods and services to the Bank. A total of 221 vendors participated in the session.
