Employee Engagement Activities at Takaful Malaysia Conducted a team engagement programme for bancatakaful division to improve employee productivity and efficiency, as well as to ensure that the employees are committed to the Company’s goals and values, and motivated to contribute to organisational success. Provided four units of ping pong tables and two dart sets for employees to use after work hours as part of the Company’s Employee Wellness Programme that is aimed at promoting workplace health. Organised a Hari Raya Aidilfitri gathering to celebrate team bonding amidst a festive workplace atmosphere. Conducted the fully sponsored fitness programme, “ Cabaran Jom Kurus Takaful Malaysia ” to promote healthy living and knowledge on proper dietary needs among employees. Instilled a culture of teamwork through fun and challenging activities by organising a treasure hunt event with the involvement of 200 employees nationwide.
