Cumulatively, the Group achieved more than 220,000 of employee training hours. In line with the ever-changing financial regulatory framework as well as the market landscape, Bank Islam’s e-learning modules and online courses are intended to create a knowledgeable and skilled workforce, able to contribute to the Bank’s competitiveness in this dynamic market environment.
