TALENT ENRICHMENT Across our operating units, investment in our employees provide a long-term benefit to BHB and its subsidiaries. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME BHB’s operating units continue to support their employees’ professional lives through the respective training and development programmes. Cumulatively, the Group achieved more than 220,000 of employee training hours. In line with the ever-changing financial regulatory framework as well as the market landscape, Bank Islam’s e-learning modules and online courses are intended to create a knowledgeable and skilled workforce, able to contribute to the Bank’s competitiveness in this dynamic market environment.
