Collectively, employees across the Group clocked in over 220,000 hours of training and development programmes that address core competencies as well as soft skills in 2019. Succession planning is important to the Group as we move into a new era so as to ensure its continued sustainable growth for many more decades to come. Many of our bright talents have scaled the management rungs from within the Group and are now in leadership positions themselves.
