Group Corruption Risk Management Policy • Promotes a proactive stance in identifying and mitigating corruption risks. • Engages employees in detecting corruption risks and formulating preventive strategies. • Reinforces our commitment to preventing corruption and fostering an ethical business environment. Group Whistleblowing Policy • Provides a secure channel for reporting alleged illegal, unethical, or questionable practices, as well as improper conduct. • Promotes transparency and accountability by encouraging employees to voice concerns without fear of reprisal, facilitating early detection of illegal or unethical behaviour. • Reflects our dedication to ethical standards, integrity, legal compliance, and adherence to Shariah values. Group Gift Policy • Provides guidance on the acceptance and offering of gifts for all employees, specifying permissible and non-permissible gifts from or to third parties. • Allows employees to accept permissible gifts provided they do not compromise their position or relationships. Group Business Associates Code of Conduct (GBACOC) Guideline • Outlines the principles and expected behaviour of business associates providing goods and services to the Group. • Condemns any form of bribery or corruption involving business associates. • Aligns with the Corporate Liability provisions of Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act (MACC) 2009 (Amendment 2018).
