Digital Academy and Upskilling Programmes Objective • Provide employees with structured learning paths to enhance their digital capabilities and adapt to the evolving digital landscape. What We Did in 2024 • Continued the Digital Academy initiative to equip employees with critical skills in data analytics, cloud security, and agile project management through focused training programmes. • Successfully implemented digital training initiatives across all levels, building on the previous year’s efforts, thereby strengthening our readiness to success in the evolving digital landscape. • Offered advanced digital upskilling opportunities to 154 employees, ensuring they gain specialised expertise to drive digital transformation within the bank. Outcomes and Results • Foundational digital upskilling programmes reached 55% of employees, including: 1,637 employees from Junior Management 696 employees from executive and clerical levels • Advanced digital upskilling programmes reached 7% of employees, focusing primarily on those in digital and technical roles. A total of 241 employees participated in these advanced programmes, equipping them with specialised expertise to drive digital transformation within the bank. • Examples of certifications offered under the digital upskilling initiatives include, but are not limited to: Agile at Scale Leadership and Transformation with Scrum @ Scale Framework.
