The Live Well Portal Emotion Regulation and Self-Care Skills Workshop Mental Wellness Zone Objective • Connect employees to high quality mental health support and resources delivered by Naluri, a leader in digital mental health and wellness solutions. What We Did in 2024 • Continued to avail employees of remote therapy sessions and 24/7 careline, continuous access to support and a range of digital mental health resources. Outcomes and Results • 288.5 hours of therapy across 258 completed sessions. • 22.8 hours of careline calls across 46 calls. Objective • Equip employees in high-pressure, client-facing roles with practical tools and techniques to enhance emotional resilience, manage stress, and foster self-care habits. What We Did in 2024 • Organised a dedicated workshop in August for employees in collection and recovery management roles. Outcomes and Results • 27 employees attended the workshop, gaining valuable tools to manage high-pressure situations effectively. Objective • Improve the mental health support we provide to our employees by availing them of on-ground consultations. What We Did in 2024 • Launched the Bank Islam Mental Wellness Zone, which offers on-site consultation sessions with clinical therapists and counsellors from Naluri at MBI twice a month. • This initiative is an enhancement to the existing 24/7 careline, ensuring continuous access to mental health services for all BITIZEN.
