Sustainability and Climate Capacity-Building To drive an informed and effective approach to sustainability and climate risk management, we invest considerably in upskilling and building the capacity of our Board, management and rank-and-file employees. Our efforts are guided by the Sustainability Capability Development Framework, which has supported the offering of impactful training programmes to our people at all levels of experience and knowledge. The framework is regularly updated to reflect evolving industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
